This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which BeeReal ("Platform", "we", "us") may issue refunds for campaigns purchased through our Service. By using BeeReal, you agree to the terms described below.
2. Campaign Cancellation by Client
You may cancel an active campaign at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Any undelivered portion of the campaign will be refunded to your BeeReal account balance.
- Tasks that have already been completed and verified by community members are non-refundable.
- The refund is calculated as: (total tasks ordered − tasks completed) × price per task.
3. Automatic Refunds on Campaign Expiry
If a campaign expires before full delivery (applicable to time-limited campaigns), the undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your account balance. No action is required on your part.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Tasks that have been successfully completed and verified.
- Loss of followers or engagement after campaign completion due to actions by the social media platform (e.g., account suspensions, algorithm changes).
- Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Campaigns targeting content that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
- Price fluctuations of cryptocurrencies after a deposit has been credited.
5. Refund Method
All refunds are credited to your BeeReal account balance. We do not process refunds directly to external wallets or payment methods. Funds returned to your account balance can be used to purchase new campaigns.
6. Deposit Refunds
Cryptocurrency deposits that have been credited to your BeeReal account are non-refundable to external wallets. All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible by nature. If you believe a deposit was made in error, please contact our support team immediately.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you are entitled to a refund not covered by the scenarios above, please contact our support team. We will review each case individually and respond within 48 hours. Our decision on refund disputes is final.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
