Welcome to BeeReal ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BeeReal platform available at beereal.io. By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

BeeReal is a community growth platform that connects projects with real, human community members on Twitter/X and Instagram. Our Service enables users to launch growth campaigns to build authentic audience engagement. All community members on our platform are real people — we do not use bots, fake accounts, or automated systems.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using BeeReal, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and setting a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments

BeeReal operates exclusively with cryptocurrency payments. We accept BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, SOL, and other major cryptocurrencies. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Prices are displayed in USD and converted to the selected cryptocurrency at the time of payment.

All payments are final once a campaign has begun delivery. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. You acknowledge that fluctuations in cryptocurrency value do not entitle you to refunds or price adjustments. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligible refund scenarios.

6. Campaign Delivery

Campaign delivery times vary depending on the growth plan tier, platform, and target community size. We strive to begin delivery within minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. We reserve the right to adjust delivery timelines based on platform availability and quality standards.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service to promote content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our express written consent

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, or growth outcomes. Social media platforms may independently remove accounts or engagement at their discretion, which is beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeeReal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific campaign giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
